56 year old female with no history of term pregnancies presented with torso disproportion. Fat distribution in the lower torso was greater than the upper torso. No abdominal wall skin laxity or muscle laxity was noted. A 4500 ml tumescent liposuction was performed of the abdomen, flanks, hips and medial and lateral thighs. Seven month postoperative photos.
