Post-Bariatric Patient 157 year old female noted increased abdominal panniculus (apron) after an 80 pound weight loss post gastric bypass surgery. Abdominoplasty combined with upper abdominal 1500 ml tumescent liposuction was performed. The abdominal apron weighed 4 kilograms (approximately 8.8 pounds). Three month post-operative photos.
